By enrolling in or using the text message marketing and communication program (“Messaging Service”) offered by M Design Village (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Messaging Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Consent to Messaging

By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated and personalized marketing text messages (including SMS, MMS, and RCS) from M Design Village. These may include promotional offers, updates, cart reminders, and other communications relevant to our brand and products.

Not all devices, carriers, or regions are supported, and message delivery is not guaranteed.

Neither M Design Village nor its service providers will be liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.

Information & Service Providers

We may work with third-party vendors or service providers to deliver and manage the Messaging Service.

Your information may be shared with such providers as outlined in our Privacy Policy, and all data handling will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We may change or update vendors from time to time at our discretion.

Opt-Out / Cancellation

You may opt out of receiving further promotional messages at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to the number used for our Messaging Service.

After you send one of these keywords, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

Please note:

  • Our system may not recognize variations or alternate phrasing that do not include one of the listed keywords.
  • If you are subscribed to multiple M Design Village messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately.
  • You may continue to receive transactional or non-marketing messages (e.g., order or shipping updates) if applicable.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the interest of resolving disputes efficiently, you and M Design Village agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Messaging Terms or the Messaging Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Key points:
  • Arbitration replaces the right to go to court or have a jury trial.
  • Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • Both parties waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
  • The arbitrator has exclusive authority to interpret and enforce these Messaging Terms.
  • Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in aid of arbitration.
Notice Process:

If arbitration is sought, the initiating party must first send a written Notice of Dispute describing the claim and requested relief to the other party by mail.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of receipt of the Notice, either party may begin arbitration.

Arbitration decisions are final and binding, except as provided by law.

If any part of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in effect.

Changes to These Terms

M Design Village reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate these Messaging Terms or the Messaging Service at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
